Aileen Gunda, CMDRT, ICP, BHA
Aileen has over 20 years of experience in the medical device reprocessing field, providing insight and expert advice to health care professionals in both the public and private settings. She is certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and is a regular presenter & guest speaker at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry Continuing Education Program.
She spent 17 years working at one of Canada’s largest teaching hospitals and has held positions as an MDR technician, clinical educator, and department manager overseeing the medical device reprocessing department.
Aileen specializes in building a culture of quality and safety by developing a quality management system, efficient workflow design, and team engagement.
